Please use this as the blog area for the Searches chapter. Choose a review question at the end of the chapter and answer it, but be sure to tell us which you are answering. Be sure to copy the question and you cannot answer the same question as another student.

Arrest Review Questions

Please make a posting to this blog answering one of the review questions at the end of the Chapter on Arrest (Chapter 5 in 6th Edition). As always, you must repeat the question and number it. You cannot answer any question already answered.
This posting must be done by Monday at 10p.m. (10/30/06)

Stop and Frisk Review Questions

Please choose a review question at the end of the chapter on Stop and Frisk (Chapter 4/6th Edition) and answer it. Be sure to copy the question first so we know which you are answering. You cannot answer the question answered by another person.
You must post your answer by Monday at 9 p.m..

Search and Seizure Review Questions

For the Search and Seizure chapter (Chapter 3/6th Edition), choose and answer one review question at the end of the chapter.
Your answer must be posted by 9 p.m. on Wednesday evening.
You may not answer the same question as another classmate.
Make sure you provide the number of the question you are answering and repeat the question.
To receive full credit, you answer must be complete, detailed, properly punctuated and capitalized, well-organized and stylistically appropriate.

Introduce yourself! Nothing complicated. A couple paragraphs explaining why you are taking this course, what interests you have in criminal justice, what long range plans you have, issues you would like to see covered in this class and maybe a favorite criminal justice related movie or television show.
